Martha Dyer

Martha S. Dyer, 72, of Madison, Indiana, and daughter of the late Marion and Marjorie (Vest) Wood, was born April 16, 1950, in Bogalusa, LA. She graduated from Loogootee, Indiana High School. She was united in matrimony to Larry Dyer on November 27, 1970.
She was a Small Arms Management Specialist at Crane Indiana Naval Base. She loved watching her grandchildren's sporting events. Mrs. Dyer passed away January 2, 2023 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY.

Her life will be cherished by her son and daughter-in-law: Jason and Jessica Dyer, of Madison; her step-sons: Alan (Patty) Dyer, of Plainville, IN, Kelly (Anita) Dyer, of Denver, CO her sisters: Fern Goodman, of Washington, IN, Marsha Wood, of Linton, IN, Bonnie Stafford, of Bloomfield, IN; her grandchildren: Bailey, Jessie, Casey, Jake, Preston, Kenzie, Josh, Seth, Shane, Craig, and Ryan: her niece, Jennifer Bickel, of Bloomington, IN; and her nephew, Jonathan Wood, of Linton, IN.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Dyer; son, Jeffrey Dyer; and sister, Mary Wood.

In accordance to her wishes, her body will be cremated and buried in the Burns City, Indiana Cemetery.
