Michael Shane Barron, age 36, of New Albany, Indiana, passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany, Indiana. Born May 23, 1981 in El Paso, Texas, he was the son of Ray Barron and Kathy (Long) Kelley. He was an auto detailer for Clark County Auto Auction and enjoyed working. He was a member of the Madison Moose Lodge, attended St. John's United Church of Christ, enjoyed bowling, golfing, fishing, playing softball, collecting memorabilia and was a UK fan. He loved spending time with his friends and family members. He will be sadly missed by his sister, Amanda Moeller of Madison; two nieces, Eve Anderson and Araya Moeller; grandparents: Donald and Jeanie Sarver of Madison; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. He also leaves behind many friends and care takers with Volunteers of America. He was preceded in death by his parents. The Reverend Mike Straub will conduct memorial services at 2:00 PM Sunday, February 25, 2018 at Lytle Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, Madison. A memorial gathering will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM Thursday, March 1, 2018 at the Clark County Auto Auction, 1000 Auction Lane, Jeffersonville, Indiana.
