Phillip Morris Spillman, age 69, a lifelong resident of Milton, Kentucky, and the son of the late James Morris and Mattie June (Galliher) Spillman, was born on October 3, 1955, in Madison, Indiana. For his entire working career, he worked at Dow Corning in Carrollton, Kentucky, loading and unloading rail cars. In his spare time, he enjoyed working on his classic trucks, hunting, fishing and guns. Mr. Spillman passed away on Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at the Signature Healthcare of Carrollton.
His life will be cherished by his daughter, Kristen Spillman Jones and her husband, Stoney of Madison; his sister: Penny Stockdale and her husband, Neil of Milton; his grandson, Lane Jones; his niece: Heather Stockdale Walden; and his close friend, Doug Sauls and his wife, Rickie. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Jonathan Stockdale.
Cremation was chosen and no services will be held.
