Ruth (Short) Carrol

Ms. Ruth Carrol, 83, of Madison, Indiana, and daughter of the late James and Mildred (Aldridge) Short, was born August 16, 1938, in North Vernon, Indiana. She was a Lab Tech at Greensburg Print Packing and enjoyed crocheting, Bible word search and reading her bible. She was a member of the Liberty Christian Church. Ms. Carrol passed away July 2, 2022 at Norton Hospital Brownsboro in Louisville, Kentucky.

Her life will be cherished by: Joe and Karen Schwering; her great-nieces: Chelsea Schwering and her daughter, Camilla Schwering and Haley Martin (Brandon) and their son, Benton; and a niece, Shelby O'Brien. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Jeanie Wilson and Dodee Payne.

The Pastor Jake Brown will conduct Funeral Service at 6:00 PM Friday July 8, 2022 at Lytle Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, on Madison's hilltop.
