Life story Mr. Shirl Dion Johnson, age 54, of Madison, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at his residence. Born July 24, 1963 in Cincinnati, Ohio, he was the son of Shirl and Barbara Wilson Johnson. He will be sadly missed by his brother, Troy Spaudling and his wife, Gena of Fairfield, Ohio; aunt and uncle, Vickie and Michael Arrequin of Lawrenceburg, Indiana; his cousin, Tony Arrequin and his wife, Cynthia of Cincinnati; and several other family members.
