Mr. Thomas Michael Conner, also known as T.C., age 65, of Madison, Indiana entered this life on September 2, 1956. He was the son of the late Houston Conner and Erma (Conner) Moreland. Thomas was employed as a truck driver for 25 years and was very proud of the fact that he had achieved the milestone of one million miles of safe driving. He was a member of Landmark Apostolic Bible Church in Madison and dearly loved his church family. He especially loved his weekly Bible Study small group. T.C. enjoyed motorcycles, southern cooking, collecting Indian artifacts, Hot Wheels cars, and football jerseys. He was a serious New England Patriots and Tom Brady fan. T.C. loved animals and had trained professional bird dogs in his younger years. His constant companion and the joy of his life however, was his little dog "Peaches." T.C. died on Monday, February 14, 2022, at King's Daughters Hospital in Madison, Indiana.
T.C. is survived by his son, Marlon Conner; his grandchildren, Keaton, Cougar, and Tammy Jean (T.J.) Conner; his best friend, Timothy Dixon; his longtime friend, Cynthia Winchell; his aunt, Mardell Pike; his sister in law, Sandra Sykes; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Houston Conner, his mother Erma Moreland, his sisters, Cathy Conner and Linda Kent, and his brothers, Kenny Conner, John Sykes, David Kent, and Larry Bailey.
A celebration of T.C.'s life will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday February 25, 2022 by Pastor Darren Burton and Rev. Timothy Dixon at Landmark Apostolic Bible Church, 3100 Landmark Lane, in Madison, Indiana.
