Tyrus Lee "Ty" Bayne

Life story Tyrus "Ty" Lee Bayne, age 63, of Milton, Kentucky, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Kentuckiana Medical Center in Clarksville, Indiana. Born March 9, 1955 in Madison, Indiana, he was the son of John Godfrey and Mary Nancy (Keith) Bayne. On March 19, 1976, he was united in marriage to Deborah "Debbie" Spillman at the Milton United Methodist Church in Milton. He currently worked in maintenance at DRC Industries in Carrollton, Kentucky. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, playing baseball, watching UK Basketball and football, and was quite fond of his pets. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Debbie of Milton; his daughter, Stacy Bayne of Madison; his son, Shellie Bayne of Madison; two sisters: Connie Barron and her husband, Kenny, and Beverly Fox, all of Madison; his brother, Tom Bayne and his wife, Mary Jane of Ashland, Kentucky; his mother-in-law, Jeanne Hall and her husband, Charlie of Cambridge City, Indiana; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; one infant brother, John Keith Bayne; and his brother-in-law, Michael Fox. Brother Bob Hicks will conduct funeral services at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Lytle Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, 117 Holt Drive, Madison Hilltop, with interment to follow in Moffett Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the Lytle Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Friday, November 16, 2018, and from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Saturday. The Honor Guard of Major Samuel Woodfill Post #9, American Legion, Madison will conduct military honors. The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Madison-Jefferson County Animal Shelter or the King's Daughters' Hospital Cancer Treatment Center.
