William C. Ward, Jr.

William C. Ward Jr., 72, a native of Louisville, Kentucky, was born on March 28, 1953. He was the loving son of William C. Ward, Sr., a native of Kentucky, and Wilma Gabel Ward, a native of Hanover, Indiana. Bill enjoyed music, watching the University of Louisville and University of Kentucky basketball games, and visiting with friends at Active Day. Mr. Ward passed away on Sunday, July 20, 2025 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 31 years, Barbara Jean Ward.

Graveside services will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central in Radcliff, Kentucky, with interment to follow.

The family wishes to thank Active Day of Hikes Point and the Care Home for all the love and care shown to Bill.
